about supplements? Do I have to blow half my
paycheck at the vitamin store to make this program
fact, I recommend AGAINST using a bunch of
unproven, hyped-up supplements guaranteed
to get you nothing but a hole in your wallet.
get me wrong, I DO recommend taking supplements
to maximize the effects of this already-powerful
program. The supplements I recommend are
there to SUPPORT your training and nutrition...NOT
TO TAKE OVER and drive your progress. NO
supplement will do THAT.
will explain how to use straightforward supplements
(like protein, creatine, glutamine, etc.)
to work strategically with the program to
maximize the results you can get from them.
about training equipment? Do I need to have
a gym full of equipment to work this program?
one of the nice things about this program.
You DON'T need access to a giant gym full
of equipment. What you DO need is basic weight
equipment like dumbells, barbells, a bench
and (ideally) a power rack. You can certainly
do it without a rack, but it will be easier
to do some of the training with a rack.
stick to heavy, basic exercises with simple
equipment with this program. It's HOW you
do the exercises and put it all together (and
the guts that you put into your training)
that gets you the results.
you've got basic equipment and the will to
push yourself, you have enough to get GREAT
results with this program.
this program okay for beginners or is it only
for intermediate to advanced trainers?
this is not a program for TOTAL beginners,
it's actually very good program for helping
beginners transition from the early stages
of training into the next phase of "intermediateness"...because
once the easy of results start to dry up,
the beginning trainer NEEDS a strategic plan
to keep the results coming.
would say it would be best to have at least
3 months of solid training experience behind
you before working with this program.
won't lie to you...it is a TOUGH program but
if you're willing to work at it, the results
will AMAZE you. And the harder you work at
it and the more you put into it, the better
your results will be!
this program useful for older adults? I'm in
my 60's and I'm not sure I will get results.
ONLY hesitation I would have with recommending
this program to you would not be based specifically
on your age but on current conditioning.
If you're training around injuries and your
joints aren't what they used to be, you could
certainly still do the program - you would
just need to be aware of how your body responds
to and recovers from the training.
line...as we get older, recovery is slower.
By adjusting the program as you need to (e.g.
adding in additional rest days), you could
perform this program just fine.
you can DEFINITELY still build significant
muscle mass and strength. Granted, it may
be less than when you were younger due to
a variety of factors, but the potential is
very much still there.
this program useful for female trainers? You
mention the program works to build muscle -
I don't want large muscles but I do want better
The Mad Scientist
Muscle program is all about building muscle
and strength. So basically, what will
happen is, being female, when you use the
program, you will build lean, strong muscle,
which will improve your shape dramatically.
You won't develop
large muscles - only lean, shapely, sculpted
muscles. Women generally
don't have the hormonal capability to build
big, bulky muscles.
The more you train to build
muscle, the hotter you get. Simple as that!
much time am I going to have to put into the
training program to get results? Am I going
to be working out two hours a day, every day?
day of the training program with the "Mad
Scientist Muscle" program is designed
to be completed in less than one hour.
life in the gym is counterproductive to our
goals with the program. Get in, work hard,
and get out!
are not done every single day of the week,
either. It's important to give your muscles
appropriate rest when they need it. The program
is carefully plotted out to not only work
your muscles thoroughly but to also allow
them the chance to recover and thrive on the
this program a scam? The results you say are
possible with it sound pretty unbelievable to
me. What science is this program based on?
is most definitely NOT a scam. It's
based on sound scientific principles that
are well-researched and well-documented in
scientific literature. In fact, I actually
have links to the studies that I've
used to support this program so you can read
them yourself, if you like!
body reacts to both training and exercise
in very predictable ways. For example, with
controlled overtraining, the human body
reacts to an overload of training volume
in a very predictable fashion...by attempting
to accelerate the physiological recovery

again reacts very predictably...by overcompensating

don't SOUND very exciting but when you think
about it, building muscle reliably and predictably
is actually pretty AWESOME!).
16 years old. Is this program okay for me?
This program will help you build a POWERFUL
base and set the stage for YEARS of productive
muscle and strength-building.
everything in the program laid out for me so
I can just follow along with the training and
nutrition? Or will I have to try and figure
things out on my own?
In fact, it's one of most frequently-mentioned
positives that users of the program comment
how it's laid out in an easy-to-follow, day-by-day
Each training session is outlined from start
to finish, with sets, reps, rest periods and
even which exercises to do!
and supplementaion aspects of the program
are completely explained and mapped out as
well, including detailed professionally-made
meal plans that tell exactly what to eat for
every meal! You'll NEVER have a time
when you don't know exactly what to do!
And not only
do I plot everything out in detail for you,
I explain it every step of the way so you'll
know in detail what you're doing and WHY you're
doing it. This is a very powerful concept
which allows you to truly maximize the results
you get with the program.
just starting out with my training and exercise.
Is this program going to be too advanced for
me to follow?
The Mad Scientist
Muscle program will take you by the hand
right and lay out everything you need to know
to maximize your results. And while it's
not designed for a total beginner, the first
cycle of the program is uniquely designed
to be accessible to EVERY stage of trainer.
Don't get me
wrong, it's still going to be challenging
and EXTREMELY effective even for advanced
trainers...the training in this first cycle
is incredibly effective for ALL levels.
The second and
third cycles build on what you've accomplished
in the first, allowing you to really take
things to the next level.
you be there to support me when I have questions
or need help with the program?

fat-loss results I know you're capable of.

for all your help over the past few
months! It has helped me tremendously.
Also, I would like to say that here
in England, hardly anyone is dedicated
to helping their students anymore
and I really appreciate how you
have gone to so much trouble just
to help me. Thank you for all
your time and effort!!" Shahid
really believe that what I bought
from you was definitely the best investment
I ever made for my fitness goals.
The customer support you have given
me is outstanding. The more I
read over the information, the more
I get motivated in my training."
sincerely thank you for your valuable
advice, and for clearing my doubts.
I only wish there were more people
in this world like you, who are so
spontaneous in giving good advice
even to people you have never met!!!!
Then this world would surely be a
better and healthier place."

an advanced trainer and I want to keep my bodyfat
levels low while building muscle and strength.
While this program do that for me?
was actually originally designed with that
very purpose in mind...a muscle and strength-building
program that allows you to maintain bodyfat
levels while building serious muscle and strength.
a nutritional strategy in the program that
allows you to not only build muscle without
adding bodyfat, it will actually HELP you
build muscle FASTER by taking advantage of
your body's anabolic reaction to carb depletion
This is a very
cool and very simple strategy that will pay
off BIG TIME, allowing you to build muscle
and strength without piling on extra bodyfat.
