Hello! My name is
Nick Nilsson and I'm the author of the "Mad
Scientist Muscle" program.
Those are a couple
of pictures of me to the right...though I sure didn't
start out that way! I began training as a skinny
cross-country runner when I was 17 years old.
Over the past 20+
years, I've dedicated myself to learning and developing
the fastest and most POWERFUL ways to burn fat and
build muscle and strength...now I want to share

I've been a contributing

Men's Fitness, Reps, and MuscleMag and I've had

all over the world.
I've been a certified
personal trainer for more than 15 years and have
a degree in Physical Education, covering advanced
biomechanics, physiology, kinesiology and anatomy.
